Which issues are generally excluded?

Claims may be excluded when damage results from incorrect storage, misuse, unauthorized processing, buyer-supplied design errors, normal agreed tolerances, approved color variation, expired reporting periods or transport risk assigned to the buyer under the agreed Incoterm.
