Contact us immediately. Changes are subject to material purchasing, tooling and production status. Costs already incurred for custom materials, printing, tooling, samples or production may not be recoverable. We will confirm the available options and charges in writing.

An order is confirmed only after the final specification, price, quantity, packing, delivery term and payment schedule have been accepted and the required payment has been received. Custom production will not begin from an informal message alone.

Available methods may include bank transfer and other payment options agreed in writing. The deposit, balance-payment schedule, beneficiary details and currency will appear on the official proforma invoice for each order.

Standard samples, custom prototypes and production tooling are quoted separately when applicable. The quotation will state whether any charge is refundable or creditable against a future order. Tool ownership, storage and maintenance terms must be written into the order agreement.

Quotation validity is stated in each formal quotation. Resin prices, exchange rates, freight and other external costs may change, and any revised price will be confirmed before the order is accepted.

Please provide the product name or reference image, dimensions or drawing, material preference, thickness, color, expected quantity, application, destination country and required delivery date. For food-contact or electronics applications, include any compliance, cleanliness, anti-static or ESD requirements.
