Who owns intellectual property?Each party retains its pre-existing intellectual property. Ownership and permitted use of customer designs, Weihan engineering, custom tooling and jointly developed solutions must be defined in the quotation, tooling agreement, NDA or sales contract.

How are drawings and confidential project files handled?Customer drawings, samples and technical files are used for project evaluation and order fulfillment. Where required, both parties can sign a non-disclosure agreement. Access should be limited to personnel and suppliers who need the information for the project.
